One of the problems we all found was that lack of quality in the industry from long time serving design companies with expensive agencies in lavish studios costing a fortune out of the budget depth of alot of business owners.
A very common misconception was experience equalling the delivery of high quality work leaving the customer with a product that doesn't live up to expectations. Yes experience is an important factor and we have plenty of it but the most important aspect is being proactive and having the passion as a designer. What we have done is get the most talented designers and let them weave their magic freely delivering the quality of work that impresses our customers.
